Well Depths Key is a Key Item in Elden Ring. It is a Key Item found in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Key Items in Elden Ring include a wide variety of items found in specific locations or are given by a related NPCs which are used to unlock areas, quests, and to further progress the game's story.

Where to find Well Depths Key in Elden Ring
After unlocking the double doors shortcut next to the Belurat, Tower Settlement Site of Grace, take the elevator up. Follow the stairs up and to the right until you reach a broken bridge next to walkable rooftops guarded by Gravebirds. On the first roof's South-East corner, look down. There is a drapery you can drop on that leads to the short roofed bridge leading to the next building. Entering the bridge, go east, enter the room with two enemies and you will find the Well Depths Key there. See Shadow of the Erdtree Map [Video Location]
Elden Ring Well Depths Key Use
Well Depths Key can be used to open the iron gate at the bottom of the well in Belurat, Tower Settlement [Video Location] : From the Belurat, Tower Settlement Site of Grace, go East to the small plaza with a fountain. Follow the stairs up and go right, to the fountain surrounded by four shadow people. Look left, the well is tucked under a stone gazebo. Take the ladder down, the iron grating is next to the landing.
