Some important notes not listed here.
First, it might be confusing as to what it means when it mentions using it while hidden or on an unconscious target. Under those scenarios it deals no damage and won’t turn people hostile.
Using this gives Astarion the Happy buff until you Long Rest. This gives him +1 to attack rolls, saving throws and ability checks.
It also gives the target the Bloodless debuff, which does pretty much the same thing but with -1 instead of +1
