can this be used with a weapon in hand such as corellon's grace for the bonuses?

Use action point to do a "unarmed roll + ability proficiency + feat and else" attack, which is exactly the same equation with normal attack, but this is needed before using Ki resonation blast, thus it pretty much takes over the normal attack function.
Does this trigger the monk's extra attack? Can i use this move twice per action point? (as long as the target is different).
