Arcane Recovery is an Action in Baldur's Gate 3. Actions can be used in both exploration and combat to maneuver across the battlefield or to harm or aid Characters. The actions that a Character can perform are based on their Class and Equipment.

- The amount and quality of the spell slot or spell slots recovered depend on the quantity of Arcane Recovery Charges with tier 1 spell slots requiring 1 charge, tier 2 requiring 2, tier 3 requiring 3 and so on.
- The amount of Arcane Recovery Charges equals to (level of Wizard class + 1) / 2.
- To be able to use the charge on your Wizard, make sure to select from the list at the bottom of your screen, and if you want to recharge a Level 1 or Level 2 spell slot, click on your character with the cursor to use it. Then, click on confirm.
- Does NOT replenish Warlock Spell Slots

are these cumulative? If I have 3 and I don't use them and take a long rest, will I have 3 more (lvl 5) for a total of 6? Or is it maxed?

1) get a free extra lvl 4 spell slot or
2) be able to duel cast haste and or use any spells as a bonus?

Seems to be bugged- my 10th level WIzard can never get more than 1 recovery charge, tested after long and short rests, an only replenish level 1 spells. Karlach's Bolstering actually works and is way more useful as it replenishes on short rest and goes up to level 3.

1 Charge per Wizard level / 2, rounded up.
So 1 Charge level 1, 2 charges at 3, 3 at lv5, etc.

how does this work? I click the spell and then I have a "click to confirm" by the cursor but I can't click on anything

Not very self explanatory but; you choose a spell slot to replenish and it costs the level of that spell slot in charges:
EX with 3 charges you could: Recharge 3 level 1 spell slots, 1 lv 2 Spell and 1 lv 1 spell, or 1 lv 3 spell slot.

Does this replenish ALL spell slots up to 5th level, or is it like the book where it's 1/2 your wizard level (rounded up); up to 5th level?
