Weapon Location

This weapon is inside The King's Crypt, a Dungeon located in the Blackridge Cliffs of Fainweald. The easiest path to this dungeon is simply by reaching the Blackridge Pass Beacon, then go up through the path next to it, and then reach the Shattered Beacon where you can find Proxima. Head to the zone behind the Shattered Beacon, where you'll see a dungeon at the distance. Simply drop there as the fall isn't too large to inflict much damage to you.
