Isola and Bond need to reach the cable car in the Wave of the Future mission, and doing so is going to require you to find two ID Bracelets for them to wear as disguises. Thankfully, this 007 First Light sub-objective isn't too hard (especially with help).

How to Get Isola's ID Bracelet in 007 First Light

After speaking with Isola, you can head into the lobby from the stairs. Take the first left, and you can access the Lounge, where you'll find a woman sleeping in a chair. This woman has an ID Bracelet, so she's going to be your target for Isola's ID.

In each corner of the room, there's a laptop and a tablet that you can interact with to distract the two NPCs in the room. Approach these hackable devices one at a time (or use the Q-Watch to hack them from afar) and then quickly pickpocket the ID Bracelet from Isola when nobody is watching.
The next step is acquiring Bond's ID Bracelet, which is also how you're going to get the Knock Knock Challenge.
How to Get Bond's ID Bracelet in 007 First Light (Knock Knock Challenge)
Continue past the reception desk, and outside the restroom, you can eavesdrop on the HR Manager. Once he's done talking, you can hack his phone with the Q-Watch and follow him to the helipad outside. However, the hack will stop, and you'll need to pickpocket his phone the old-fashioned way.

Outside with the helicopter, you can find a lighter on a bench. You're going to need to pick this up. Now, head to the reception desk, and stick to the left, as you can vault over the surface and hide in the tall grass. Follow it along to the left and interact with the trash can to set it on fire.

Once it's on fire, the HR Manager will investigate, but a woman is staring right at him. Use the Q-Watch to hack the laptop on the right, and now that both NPCs are distracted, you can pickpocket the HR Phone. This will reveal that Somerset is in the restroom (to the right).

Enter the restroom and speak with Somerset through the door. It doesn't matter what you say; you just need to trigger the conversation, so leave it. Now, approach the bathroom door, and you can press Square/X to kick it in, which knocks out Somerset, gets you the ID Bracelet, and the Knock Knock Challenge.
