One of the most iconic features of James Bond isn't his gadgets or his charm, but his extraordinary fashion sense. 007 First Light knows this very well, which is why the game provides you with over 39 outfits to choose from. However, changing outfits in 007 First Light isn't as simple as putting on a suit and tie for every mission.
In fact, outfits and suits are tied to TacSims, a separate game mode from the Main Menu. This means that, unfortunately, you can't customize James Bond with unique tuxedos and other outfits throughout the story (unless you're wearing a disguise found in missions).
You can only change and wear outfits in Tactical Simulations, meaning that you cannot wear different outfits in the Story Mode.
How to Change Outfits in 007 First Light

Once you return to the Main Menu, you can select "Tactical Simulations". After a brief tutorial with Selina that showcases how the TacSims work, you can head down the steps and turn to the right, where you can access your wardrobe.
The wardrobe is where you can pick your outfit, and there are 39+ for you to choose from. However, these outfits have unique unlock requirements, from mission challenges, Intel purchases, DLC, and more, so you might not have that many when you're first starting out.
Alternatively, you can click "Customization" from the main menu, where you can then select your outfits from there. However, since outfits are only available in TacSim, you might as well head there anyway.
We'll have a guide covering all outfits and how to unlock them in 007 First Light soon, so stay tuned!
