After finally collecting the 100k auction fees, James and Greenway will be escorted to the auction's venue, only to come across a distressed DJ trying to fix his audio equipment in 007 First Light. The DJ is actually played by Dimitri Vegas, who'll be getting pressurized by pirate thugs to get the party started, or face dire consequences. This is where James has the option to be a good Samaritan and step in to help the DJ fix his audio setup, thereby completing the Tech Support challenge in 007 First Light.

How to Help DJ Repair Audio Equipment in 007 First Light (Tech Support Challenge)
Players will come across the distressed DJ trying to fix his audio setup during "The Past Never Dies" chapter in 007 First Light. As you're heading up the ramp to the auction location, you'll come across a dance floor with people waiting for the music to start playing. Approach the DJ struggling with his audio system and talk to him.
The first thing you do to diagnose the issue is to turn on the power. There's a generator to the right of the DJ that you can approach and turn on, which will restore power. However, you'll still need to diagnose the issue with the speakers in the back.
To repair the speakers, you'll need to first retrieve the fuse from the green box on the left of the speakers. Once you have the fuse, insert it into the speaker, and the audio system will roar to life.
Once you successfully restore power via the generator and repair the speakers, the Tech Support challenge in 007 First Light will be marked as complete. Now you can continue following the pirate and Greenway down the hallway leading to the main auction, and progress the story further.
Here's a complete list of all the challenges in "The Past Never Dies" chapter, in case you want to complete all of them.
