Tunnel Vision is a Flaw in The Outer Worlds 2. Tunnel Vision removes players' second weapon slot in exchange for bonus armor penetration. Flaws in The Outer Worlds 2 are debilitating conditions that affect the player in certain aspects, like mentally, emotionally, and physically. Flaws can be detected by the game based on the behavioral patterns of the player. Once accepted, the effects of a flaw are permanent and cannot be changed.

Tunnel Vision is unlocked by equipping only 1 weapon for an extended period of time.
