Kleptomania is a Flaw in The Outer Worlds 2. Kleptomania doubles the buying price for stolen items for vendors and significantly changes the experience while in settlements. Flaws in The Outer Worlds 2 are debilitating conditions that affect the player in certain aspects, like mentally, emotionally, and physically.
