Reckless Leadership is a Flaw in The Outer Worlds 2. Reckless Leadership disables your ability to revive a Companion in exchange for a significant boost for your remaining Companion.. Flaws in The Outer Worlds 2 are debilitating conditions that affect the player in certain aspects, like mentally, emotionally, and physically. Flaws can be detected by the game based on the behavioral patterns of the player. Once accepted, the effects of a flaw are permanent and cannot be changed.

Reckless Leadership is unlocked by repeatedly having your Companions die during combat.

Accepting the Reckless Leadership Flaw will give the following effects:
