All Equipment in Fellowship

Weapons

As of the playtest of Fellowship, each hero has their own weapon, and unlike armor, these can’t change, as these are part of the hero itself. The only way to increase a hero’s damage is by improving his armor or through their ability talents. However, according to the dev update from April 8, 2025 - weapon drops will be a big part of the game come early access. These weapons will also lend unique abilities to each character depending on the weapon.

Weapon Traits

Weapon Traits are special modifiers that grant certain Weapons in Fellowship powerful bonuses. Weapon Traits are always passive and can have a wide variety of effects, ranging from damage and critical strike chance buffs to stat gains, healing over time, and more.

Legendary Gear

In Fellowship, Legendary items (rare drops) are some of the most sought after items in player progression. These high-tier gear pieces typically maintain special abilities. Like most titles with a rarity spectrum for items, legendary gear is typically reserved for late-game scenarios and players pushing forward through dungeons at advanced difficulties.

Relics

Relics are an accessory or type of armor, usually coming bundled with stat increases, or an ability that a player can use to their advantage. These can range in potency, depending on the difficulty of the dungeon they drop in. Each Hero usually has their own range of Relics.

Items

Various items can be obtained through loot in Fellowship. However, it is currently unknown the breadth and functionality of the items that might appear in-game. While there is no official information that covers items outside of armor and other equippables, items could take a variety of forms or styles.

Gems

Gems are socketable items in Fellowship. It enhances your Hero’s stats, survivability, and utility. They are a core progression system alongside gear and relics, providing both flat stat increases and unique passive abilities. By equipping Gems into sockets, players gain Gem Power, which determines how strong their bonuses scale and unlocks additional effects at higher thresholds.

Mounts

Mounts in Fellowship are collectible companions that allow heroes to travel the overworld more quickly while also serving as a visual expression of progression. Each mount has a unique name and appearance, with rarities ranging from Common to Heroic. Unlike armor or weapons, mounts are cosmetic account-wide unlocks, once earned, they can be used by any hero in your roster.

Cosmetic Skins

Cosmetics in Fellowship allow you to customize your hero's appearance. They can be earned by advancing through the ranks and defeating greater challenges. At the moment the options are fairly limited, but these will likely expand in the future.

Vendors

The Crafter, Scrapper and Blacksmith are the three core Vendors in Fellowship. Together they let players recycle unwanted loot, create or reshape items and upgrade gear stats.
