Science! or Science is a Skill in The Outer Worlds 2. Science! increases the capacity to use various gadgets and unlocks Perks that allow using Science-based gadgets and weaponry. Skills in The Outer Worlds 2 help determine your character's core abilities, which will also dictate the player character's gameplay and interactions throughout the game. Specializing in a Skill will unlock related Perks that are unique to it.
The Science! skill increases your maximum Gadget Energy, allowing you to use gadgets like Tactical Time Dilation for longer. Investing in the Science! skill allows you to select perks that further improve your gadgets and potency with shock weapons.
