Captain Magda is a Boss in Diablo 4. Captain Magda is located at Observatory Approach. Captain Magda is one of the military leaders of the Amazonian legion, an experienced spearmaiden who is loyal to the cause of their queen, Adreona. This is a special boss that is exclusively encountered on Lord of Hatred DLC. Captain Magda Diablo Fight Strategy
Captain Magda is a minor boss encountered during the Smothered Flame quest and is the first of the three captains you are required to defeat. At the start of the encounter, she will remain stationary for a brief moment while being vulnerable, giving you a window to freely cast your spells or DPS attacks before she can even perform a Spear Thrust. This opening allows you to fully be on the offense and not worry about any of her attacks. By this point in the Lord of Hatred campaign, your build will have more than enough DPS to quickly defeat Captain Magda before she can perform any attacks.

Captain Magda slowly thrusts her spear forward, damaging players who are directly in front of her. The player can move to either side of the captain to avoid the attack, as it will be linear.
