In NTE, the Detention Center is a Prison where players are sent after being caught for crimes such as theft, attacking police or NPCs, or destroying public property. Players can only become wanted after their Warrant level reaches 1 star or more.

To escape prison in NTE, players can use any of these methods, as listed on the Path of Redemption:

• Another World...
• Extreme Sports.
• Be Like Water.
• Cheat Death.
• Into the Chaos.

Additionally, you can also break out without using any fancy methods.

All these escape methods require patience, unless you choose to teleport your way out. Fast traveling out of prison upon capture will not exempt you from paying the 30,000 Fons fine in NTE, so be mindful of your escape choice.

Another World... Path of Redemption In NTE

The Another World... escape route is done through the wall next to your cell bed. To achieve it, follow these steps:

• Rest, then skip the morning by interacting with the bed.

• Walk to the food lady on the right in the cafeteria.
• Interact with the spoon.
• Drag the spoon gently without being caught.

• Walk toward the guard.
• Interact with the door on the right side to end lunch time.

• Walk through the door behind you.
• Go forward, then turn right.
• Interact with the cell door to end yard time.
• Climb the stairs on your right.
• Walk to your cell (last one).

• Remove the poster next to your bed.
• Use the spoon to break the bricks.

The spoon will get damaged after destroying a few bricks, so make sure to repeat the previous steps until you can escape through the gap. Upon escape, Appraisers will be teleported to the sewers.

Make sure to avoid the lights and stick to the wall to ensure a successful escape route, or you will be sent back to prison with a 3-day extended Detention Period.

Extreme Sports Path of Redemption In NTE

Another way to escape prison in Neverness to Everness can be done by:

• Interact with the bed in your cell to end the morning.
• In the cafeteria, walk toward the guard.
• Skip lunch.
• Turn around and enter the door behind you.
• Walk toward the guard up front.
• Grab the Bed Sheet from the box by the lockers on your way.
• Take your right.
• Skip yard time.

Go left, and get the Grimy Detention Uniform on the bench.

• Climb the stairs to the upper platform.
• Enter the first cell from the right side.
• Grab another Grimy Uniform gently without the guard noticing.

• Cross the platform to the right side.
• Climb the stairs to the upper platform.
• Talk to Show-Off Prisoner.
• Select 'Guard’s looking for you.'

• Enter his cell.
• Steal his Bed Sheet.
• Descend back to the main door.
• Walk forward towards the guards’ office.
• Sneak through the side door.
• Steal the Watchtower Key from the desk.
• Go to your cell and Sleep until morning.

• Call the Guard by tapping your cell’s door.
• Choose the 'I’d like to do some work', 'I'd like to do some cleaning', then 'Up to the roof.'

• Walk to the magnifier icon.
• Press 'Escape.'
• Climb down the escape rope, then jump into the water.

After successfully escaping, either take the parked boat back to the city’s port or teleport back to any Wertheimer Tower or Rero Rero Phone Booth.

If you're bored with your main character, you can switch Appraiser in NTE.

Be Like Water Path of Redemption In NTE

To escape the Detention Center through the yard, follow these steps:

• Rest, then end morning.
• End lunch.
• Interact with the guard in the yard.
• Choose the 'I’m not feeling well...' choice.
• Talk to the Feigning Prisoner on the bed.
• Convince him to distract the doctor.

• Walk to the small fridge.
• Press 'Use Condensed Disinfectant.'
• Walk out to the exit door.
• Turn right.
• Head toward Crocodile.
• Walk back to the cafeteria, then toward the guard inside.
• Enter the door on the left.
• Open the exit door.

• Walk down to the basketball court.
• Turn right.
• Use the Condensed Disinfectant on the rusted bars.

Afterward, players need to wait a day, so end yard time, and go back to the cell to sleep until morning, then go back to the last location to escape the Detention Center through the yard.

Once you escape through this method, you’ll be teleported to the sewer, so make sure to avoid the lights to get out successfully.

Cheat Death Path of Redemption In NTE

To escape prison through the infirmary, Appraisers need to obtain Restinol and inject it into their bodies. Achieving this can be done by doing the following:

• Skip morning.
• Skip lunch.
• End yard time.
• Enter the first cell on the right.
• Talk to Living Fossil.

• Go forward towards the guard.
• Take a left turn.
• Turn left again.
• Enter the first cell.
• Talk to Spider.
• Choose the 'Asahi Inori doll…'

• Go to your cell and sleep until morning.
• Skip morning, lunch, and yard time.

• Go to Spider’s cell.
• Ask him about the 'Asahi Inori doll…' again.
• Walk back to Living Fossil cell.

• Give him the doll to get Restinol.
• Sleep until morning.
• Skip morning and lunch time.

To enter the Detention Center’s Infirmary, talk to any guard in the yard and choose the 'I’m not feeling well…' option, or stop Tornado's bullying in the courtyard. Next, go toward the tray and gently grab the syringe without being noticed.

This will make Esper Zero pass out and wake up on a boat heading towards the city, away from prison in NTE.

Into The Chaos Path of Redemption In NTE

The fifth Detention Center escape route can be done by doing this:

• Rest.
• Skip morning by using the bed.
• Steal a spoon from the cafeteria.
• Skip lunch.
• Move down to the basketball courtyard.
• Interact with Tornado.
• Choose 'Stop'.

Afterward, players will either spawn in the infirmary or their prison cell in NTE. Either way, end yard time, then climb the left stairs to the second floor. Enter the first cell and interact with Hermit Crab. The prisoner will tell Esper Zero that he has a special ability, which will make the MC ask him for an escape route.

To make Hermit Crab help you escape the Detention Center in NTE, you need to do the following:

• Give him a spoon.
• Go forward down the hallway.
• Turn on the faucet.
• Hide in the locker.
• Wait until the guard reaches the sink.
• Go out and enter the room the guard was in.
• Grab the Side Door Key from the desk.

• Go out the door in front of you.
• Avoid the light by hiding behind the trash bins.
• Go left, then turn right.
• Avoid another set of lights.
• Use the Side Door Key on the door to the right.

Take the boat by the docks to escape prison before the Detention Period ends, or the guards catch you. This will unlock the Into The Chaos escape Route, which will reward you with a Star Weekly. You can use the magazine to unlock the Unconventional Attire in NTE.

How To Break Out Of The Detention Center In NTE

To break out of the Detention Center without spending another day in it, do this:

• Use the bed in the cell to rest and end the morning.
• Skip lunch.
• Walk towards the basketball court door.
• Jump on the stone barrier.
• Leap toward the metal door.
• Climb to the barbed wire.

Slowly walk along the left side of the barbed wire, turn right, and continue to walk slowly, then jump toward the wire on the other side.

Continue to move slowly until you reach the wall, then jump toward the lamp. Make another leap toward the Detention Center’s wall, then jump down. Once you are out, you will get the Breakout Together Achievement and successfully escape prison without waiting.

Players can enjoy doing Anomaly Commission after their escape to get cool additions to their inventory, like the Flaming Bike, anomaly furniture, and the Peepy Sunglasses. You can also get Annulith via NTE codes, which are mostly available for a limited time.
