Properties are the houses and shops that appraisers can own in NTE. Unlocking both requires upgrading Hethereau's City Tycoon level. Once the required levels are reached, players can invest in Cafe by Origen and buy an apartment to stay in instead of the small room Eibon offers.

How To Buy A House In Neverness To Everness

To purchase a house in Neverness to Everness, Appraisers need to reach City Tycoon level 5, then do the following:

Go to any Leon Estate Group, Property Agency (yellow building icons).
Interact with the real estate agent.
Choose the Wiener Apartment property to purchase.
Pay Fons to buy it.

To get Furniture in NTE, you can do the following:

Level up and claim the rewards.
Explore the alleys of Hethereau.
Purchase from small shops around the city.
Buy it from DeLuxur Decor shops (Couch icon).
Get some decorative pieces from Vending Machines.
Complete certain Quests in Neverness to Everness.

Purchasing Furniture in NTE will require players to spend Fons, which they can earn back from completing Hethereau Hobbies, Anomaly Commissions, and exploring Hethereau.

How To Increase House Comfort In NTE

To increase house Comfort in NTE, place Furniture on your properties by doing the following:

Fast travel to the Property you wish to furnish.
Press the icon with the arrows at the top of the screen.
Choose the Furniture piece you want to place.
Drag and rotate the piece to the location you need to put it.
Press the check icon once you’re done.

Players can check their Comfort level from the bar at the top of the screen after opening the Furniture menu in NTE.

How To Invite A Character To Your House In NTE

To invite Espers into your own house in NTE, you must reach Bond Level 4 with the character, then press the character icon at the top of the screen.
