How To Complete Change Your Perspective Anomaly Commission In NTE

Head to the Anomalus Realm located northeast of the Kyllene Promenade to find a black and white area. Speak with the Unyielding Rejected Plan to start the Change Your Perspective side quest in NTE. The goal is to reach the top of the building while manipulating the perspectives.

Approach the Rejected Plan and speak with it again to get the Projection Blueprint.

Use Projection Blueprint to change perspective to 2D, then climb to the higher platform to the right.

Get out of 2D and approach the Rejected Plan to speak with it again.

Get out of 2D and go higher using the two platforms, then stand next to the orange light.

Enter 2D and walk left as far as you can to hug the wall.
