Line in the Sand quest in ARC Raiders will take players to the Buried City map, where they'll need to investigate who orchestrated a train robbery and find the stashed Thruster Valves. The objectives for this quest can become vague, as players will be left wondering where to go next. Well, fret not, as I'll be guiding you to the exact locations where you need to go to complete the Line in the Sand quest in ARC Raiders.
ARC Raiders: Collision Course Quest Walkthrough
The Collision Course quest in ARC Raiders will require players to destroy a Comet without it blowing up to retrieve a Comet Ignitor.
Locating the Train That Never Reached Marano Station
The first objective for the Line in the Sand quest in ARC Raiders will take players directly northwest of the Grandioso Apartment, next to some derailed trains. Simply head to the location above, and make sure to look at the windows in the apartments, as I've gotten sniped multiple times from that location while I was completing the quest. However, that just might be because I get matchmade into PvP lobbies.
Once you arrive at the location marked above, you'll come across some derailed trains covered in sand. The objective will be completed automatically once you're in their vicinity.
How to Find Who Orchestrated the Robbery
Right after checking out the derailed trains that couldn't reach Marano Station, head northeast from the location to this little tower that I've marked on the map above.
Make your way inside the little buried tower, and you'll find a container to interact with. After searching the box, you'll get the Marano Market Business Card, and this will complete the "find who orchestrated the robbery" objective for the Line in the Sand quest in ARC Raiders.
Where to Find the Stashed Thruster Valves
The next objective for the Line in the Sand in ARC Raiders tells players to "find out where the thruster valves were stashed." While the objective does not clue you in on where to go next, since you've received a Marano Market Business Card while completing the previous objective, you'll need to go to Market Ruins POI next.
The Market Ruins are located between the Hospital and Dune's End, and consist of a group of broken building structures.
While I was heading to the area, I encountered a Bastion that was roaming there. So, be on your toes and also watch out for any hostile raiders that may be camping on the top floors of the Hospital.
Once you arrive in the area, the objective will be marked as complete. If you're like me and were wondering what the Marano Market Business Card is used for, well, nothing really. All it does is act like a trinket that you can sell once you extract.
Where to Search the Basement of the Merchant's Nearby Apartment
For the final objective, "search the basement of the merchant's nearby apartment," all you need to do is go east down the dusty road from the Market Ruins till you arrive at an abandoned apartment (location marked on the map).
Head inside the apartment and you'll find an elevator shaft with a zipline that directly leads to the basement. Keen-eyed players might have noticed that this also happens to be one of the spawn points for players. Simply interact with the stack of boxes in the room, and you'll complete the final objective for the Line in the Sand quest.
Now all you need to do is extract from the map, either using the subway extraction or via a Raider Hatch. Either way, you'll receive 2x Exodux Components, 2x Magnetic Accelerators, and 2x Magnetrons for completing the Line in the Sand quest in ARC Raiders.
While you aren't required to extract to complete the quest, players have reported the quest progression being bugged if they were killed after completing the quest, or decided to exit the match via Surrendering. So, make sure to properly extract after completing the quest in a match to avoid getting your progress bugged.
