Talia Comorau posted thisIt's amazing how much you can grow and learn in just over a year. After an exciting, knowledge-filled 13 months at AWS, it's time for my next chapter. Reflecting on this journey, I feel deeply grateful for the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. I’ve learned so much, built lasting relationships with inspiring teammates, and tackled challenges that pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. The pace at which we achieved progress together was remarkable, making my time at AWS truly meaningful. I'll be taking August off to recharge before embarking on a new adventure in September—I’ll have more to share then! Thank you to everyone at Amazon and beyond who’s been part of this chapter. I'm genuinely grateful for your support, mentorship, and encouragement. Here’s to new adventures ahead!

Talia Comorau shared thisThose of you who know Steph know she's a bad*** that believes deeply in the open web. Highly recommend you vote for her if you're voting!Talia Comorau shared thisI am running for a board seat! If your company is in the Technology Tier of Prebid.org, please let your representative know that I'd love to have your vote. I started working with Prebid.js in 2015, assisting in efforts to develop the first major SSP adapters. Through consulting, I managed implementions of Prebid for publishers between 2015-2017 before I went to News Corp where I built a centralized team that managed Prebid on US properties. It was there, I realized the power of real-time bid data for innovation at publishers, and left in 2022 to go to AWS, where I am helping folks move Prebid to the cloud with our solution, Prebid Server Deployment on AWS. I believe in Prebid as an accelerator to direct connectivity with ad platforms, and an open-source community to develop standards where TRUST is tantamount like ad decisioning. It's my 10th anniversary working with Prebid, and I'd love nothing more that to sit on the board. Vote for me!! https://lnkd.in/eiHmc4i2

Congrats to all of this year’s honorees ~ keep rocking! When generative AI first emerged, I believed it would be transformative, but it wasn’t yet clear how it could create meaningful value for Criteo. Rather than forcing the timing, we waited until there was a clear opportunity to create value. When ChatGPT evolved into an advertising platform, our team was ready to rock, and Criteo ultimately became OpenAI’s first advertising API partner. This experience reinforced something I’ve learned and preached throughout my career: seeing an opportunity early matters, but timing matters just as much. Knowing when to act, and when not to, is an important part of strategy. I’m grateful to the team that saw the opportunity and made it happen. This recognition is for ALL of us. Talia Comorau reacted on thisTalia Comorau reacted on this12 years. 7 programs. 4 managers. Countless memories. Last Friday was my final day at Amazon. Looking back, I am incredibly proud of what I was able to drive, and even more grateful for the people I was able to do it with. From the early days at A9 in 2014 working on 3rd party ad exchanges, to these last four years on Amazon Publisher Cloud, it’s been quite a journey. None of it would’ve been possible without the people who backed me along the way. Special thanks to Julie Baumgartner, who picked up the phone all those years ago to talk about opportunities and to Supratik Bhattacharyya, Miranda Chen, Scott Siegler, and Sharmilan Rayer for not just being my managers but championing my growth at every turn since. Thank you as well to all the amazing teams and colleagues I got to build alongside over the years. Tomorrow, it’s Day 1 at Anthropic. I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter.

Talia Comorau reacted on thisOver the last few months, together with Adam Markey and Fan Wu we have been talking with publishers and partners and working hard to bring to life the most modern platform for CTV publishers. Today we are announcing to the world that Momentiv is LIVE. We are creating the tool we know publishers deserve. Real-time decisioning, a true unified auction, content-aware ad serving, accurate forecasting, agentic selling, and more. We are in #CannesLions please reach out to schedule some time. https://lnkd.in/gba6CQs6Talia Comorau reacted on thisEvery ad decision is a growth decision. Most platforms don't know the difference. Today we are launching Momentiv, the CTV Publisher Growth Engine that evolves with you. Momentiv went live in May 2026 with unified ad serving across Agentic, Programmatic, and Direct demand in one auction, so publishers capture the yield others leave on the table. We have been in ad tech for over 15 years, founded dataxu acquired by Roku, then built CTV demand and supply sides at Roku and The Trade Desk. Video publishers deserve better tools: they imagine new content and invest to bring it to life. Yet no offering sits entirely on the publisher side, with no conflicting buy-side incentives, to maximize their ROI. Publishers’ enthusiasm surprised us. They were kind enough to entertain our questions. “Are you really building that?” became “Can you make it do this?” became “Send me an order form.” Momentiv aims to be the indispensable tool for publishers, through AI-driven yield, accurate forecasting, and audience intelligence. We're live at Cannes Lions this week. If you're a publisher who's outgrown your ad server, email us at contact@momentiv.com. Talia Comorau reacted on thisTalia Comorau reacted on thisThis was not the plan. When I joined Amazon four years ago, I had two kids, a brand new house, two working ankles with no hardware in them, and a partner placing a real bet on my career in a post-pandemic world. These four years turned out to be some of the most rewarding of my career. I proved to myself that I can build, manage, and coach at any level or scale of company. I got to spend the foundational years of ADSP's Open Internet business managing a portfolio of supply partner media spend that grew from $X00M to $YB. That growth shaped me as a leader, a negotiator, and ultimately a change agent inside a company that was just beginning to invest seriously in its ads strategy. Thank you to Christopher Conetta for believing in me from day one, and for giving me the autonomy to build a multi-functional team of business development professionals(Vanessa Garcia, Santi S., @nishant and Sivan Bachar ) solutions architects (Mike Moore, Tommy Chen, Tynasia Hammond, Andrew S. Rogers, and Rishabh Natarajan) product manager (Andrew P.) and operational wizards (Marco Piccirillo, Jéssica Holanda Milléo Amaral, Justin Ward, Ivan Zharekhin and Eugene Wasserman). The best gold star I've ever received was an image Neal Richter sent me, from someone I got to partner with nearly every single day. I'm honored to have worked alongside Neal, Pieter de Zwart , Meredith McTernan Goldman , and Kelly MacLean. Keep going, keep innovating — I hope our paths cross again. A lot has changed in four years, three kids (whoopsie), a few health scares, more childcare disruptions than I can count, and a corporate world that increasingly asks us to be more present for robots than for people. But people still matter. If anything, coaching, mentorship, and real leadership matter more than ever because of it. This wasn't the plan. But sometimes you have to listen to your gut, reset, and start fresh. For now, that means taking real time for my family while I figure out what's next. If you know of a team doing meaningful work in ad tech, partner strategy, or building something new — or you just want to grab coffee and talk shop — my inbox is open. To everyone who built alongside me: thank you. This isn't goodbye, just see you later.

About once a month, I volunteered for a volunteer-run homeless shelter. The shelter is based in a school's gym, so each night 2 volunteers set-up the entire space including beds, bedding, tables, and food. We spend the night there ourselves, set-up breakfast in the morning and then put everything away once the guests leave.

Instacart Ads work! More proof that Instacart audiences deliver incremental reach and brand lift. Check out this research we did in partnership with MAGNA Global and Interpublic Group (IPG) that highlights how Instacart audiences help brands reach more unique, new, and relevant customers. 67% of our audience would not have been reached through demo data alone! Plus, our audiences support non-endemic brands as well – for example, Instacart audiences are 5.5x more effective at driving intent to search for brands compared to 3P demo data. Here we go!

Simple thought exercise for CPG leaders: If you have 1,000 products (and most legacy brands have more) and sell through Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Kroger, that’s roughly 4,000 product pages that need regular updating. Even if you only refreshed them once a year, a lifetime considering Amazon changed requirements 200+ times last year, could your teams really handle 4,000 PDP optimizations annually?

Instacart's off-site platform is a pure play verticalized retail media ad revenues opportunity at scale. This isn't just an expansion; it's a calculated move to become the ad network for CPGs, leveraging fragmented retail data to commoditise individual retailer networks. The core strategy is to aggregate CPG spend by offering a unified view across their 1800 retailer dataset. By providing CPGs with consolidated first party purchase data and a reported $5.25 grocery ROAS, Instacart is positioning itself as the indispensable media partner. This is a tendance I see in the retail industry, moving beyond on-site platform monetisation to actively target off-site platform budgets. Advertisers and agencies are looking for simplified and unified buys solutions and Instacart to now offering it. Instacart’s suggests they want to grab a much largest slice of the $10.13 billion to $10.28 billion GTV they facilitate. This move shows us how retailers view their own media network strategy. Relying solely on on-site inventory risks becoming a commoditised data provider to a larger aggregator. Retailers must now consider how to build defensible value beyond their owned properties, or risk seeing their ad revenue siphoned off by platforms like Instacart. If Instacart successfully aggregates CPG spend off platform, what defensible value remains for individual retailer media networks beyond their owned properties? Comment below if this topic is interesting to you of DM me. Anyway, well done Instacart, that's a good move. #RetailMedia #AdTech #CPG #Instacart

✅🖥️ AdExchanger (9/23): “The new product goes further by plugging into The Trade Desk’s AI-based Kokai ad platform to create a live feedback loop between the UID2 IDs targeted by TTD and results collected by Acxiom. It matches audience impressions to online and offline sales from Acxiom’s consumer data. One way to think of the new flavor of Acxiom’s tie-up with The Trade Desk is as a reflection of other similar incrementality and AI ad products offered by walled gardens. Amazon, for example, has a similar product with Acxiom although it’s specific to Amazon’s empire. The product was built on AWS for Amazon’s media, uses the Amazon DSP and sits within Amazon Marketing Cloud, which is the ad business’s data clean room. With True Intelligence, advertisers can “hit the open internet, inclusive of CTV, to give the ability to measure holistically,” adding that the product is built on Snowflake, which is a neutral platform. The idea of targeting incremental new customers with an AI-based ad platform is also akin to what Google and Amazon have done with Performance Max and Performance Plus, respectively. Walled garden platforms use their own identity sets and DSPs to self-attribute and optimize campaigns, which is a nontransparent practice even by walled garden standards. Advertisers only get reported results, and the IDs aren’t available. With TTD and Acxiom, advertisers can access log files and build on top of their own first-party data set or CRM base.” ⬇️ #programmatic #ctv #measurement #avod #ott https://lnkd.in/e5gCE8tc

The Platforms That Win Will Compress Question → Decision → Action An overarching observation from #CES2026 for AdTech / MarTech Winning platforms won't be defined by "more features." They’ll be defined by how quickly they compress the time from Question → Decision → Action, with trust and transparency built in. Multi-modal agents are quietly ushering in the next generation of MarTech and AdTech. For years, the industry focused on optimizing interfaces: Dashboards, filters, and manual reports. Now, we’re optimizing intent. The next wave of platforms won’t just show data—they’ll reason, plan, and act on your behalf. What’s actually changing? - Multi-modal inputs: Text, voice, visuals, and raw data become first-class citizens. - Agentic workflows: Planner Agents analyze and strategize; Executor Agents execute and optimize. - Outcome-driven systems: Moving from manual steps to autonomous optimization across audience segments and live campaigns. - Natural language control: You don’t just query data; you direct a live ecosystem. - Voice and chat aren't the innovation—they are just the entry point. The real shift is moving from tools you operate to collaborators you direct. This isn't just "better software." It’s the dawn of autonomous marketing. #MarTech #AdTech #AgenticAI #MultiModalAI #FutureOfWork #AIStrategy
