For those looking for a complete list of all games included and supported in Nintendo Music, that’s where this post comes in.

Nintendo Music only came with a few songs at launch. However, since then, a few more have been added. Nintendo has also indicated that additional music is coming in the future. Currently it seems that we can expect at least one new title to be brought to the service each week.

Nintendo Today 4.1.0 update out now, patch notes

The Nintendo Today app has been given a new update with version 4.1.0. It’s rolling out to users now.

The main highlight here is that it’s now possible to select multiple themes. If you go with this, one of the themes you choose will be displayed at random each day. The feature can be enabled in the settings.

A while back, Nintendo stopped official support for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, but released an offline version of the game that fans could continue to play. So when Nintendo recently announced that Mario Kart Tour is shutting down, players were surprised to learn that there would be no equivalent offline version offered – the game in its entirety will cease to exist in September. That means Mario Kart Tour will be the first Mario Kart game that’s completely inaccessible via legal means – though you could sort of argue for Mario Kart Arcade GP to be included in that category.

Nintendo announces that Mario Kart Tour is shutting down

Mario Kart Tour is shutting down, Nintendo has announced. The game is ending service on September 29 at 11 PM PT / September 30 at 2 AM ET.

To clarify, the game is fully coming to an end. Nintendo says that there are no plans for an offline version. This is in contrast to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, which did receive a final “Complete” version.

Pokemon Champions dev explains why matches are so short

Masaaki Hoshino, the producer of Pokemon Champions, has provided some insight into the team’s focus on implementing short matches.

Cutting down on play time was one of the initial goals for the project. Hoshino previously worked on Pokemon Unite, but even after shortening matches to ten minutes, “there were still some who felt that it was still too long.”

Following the latest patch that went live for Pokemon Champions, we have a full list of Pokemon added to the game as well as new items and more.

Counting the latest Mega Evolutions, around 40 additional creatures can be used in battle. A handful of items are also now available.
