Pikmin 3 Deluxe 1.2.0 update

Nintendo just released a surprise version 1.2.0 update for Pikmin 3 Deluxe.

The patch is aimed entirely at Nintendo Switch 2 players. Starting today, after installing the patch, players can experience a sharper image with higher resolution. This applies to both docked and handheld modes. Additionally, GameShare support is included.

Mario Tennis Fever 1.1.1 update

Nintendo just came out with the latest update for Mario Tennis Fever, with version 1.1.1 now starting distribution for all players.

This is a small patch all things considered. It includes one adjustment involving the return of a high ball and a bug fix with the Amp Racket.

Vampire Survivors 1.16.100 update

A new version 1.16.100 has now been released for Vampire Survivors.

As many of you know, the game just launched its Legacy of the Bloodmoon expansion. The update handles the new content, but also adds performance and quality-of-life improvements.

New content awaits Scott Pilgrim EX players as the game just received “Back in the Band” DLC and a free “Coin-Op Chaos” update. Both are available on Nintendo Switch today.

Back in the Band is highlighted by new characters Stephen Stills, Kim Pine, and Knives Chau as playable fighters. The score-chasing Arcade Mode for up to four players headlines the free update.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 3.0.1 update

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has just gone live with a new version 3.0.1 update. This is intended for those playing on Nintendo Switch 2.

A number of different bugs have now been fixed. One of these is something many players noticed, which was background music and sound effects not being properly balanced.

Lunadra: Luna Awakens the Legendary Dragon has just received a major update, as well as a free demo on the Nintendo eShop. Previously the game’s demo was only available in Japan, but it has now been released to other regions.

The new update contains a quite a couple of major additions. A boss rush mode was added, weapons are now upgradeable, and fast travel has been added with the ability to warp between villages.

August 18: Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo is getting a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, and it’s releasing this week. It’s slated for August 20, 2026.

Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo will come with a number of technical upgrades. It will support 120 FPS gameplay in handheld mode at 1080p, HDR, and 4K resolution when docked.

Aspyr has announced the release of a new “Community” update for Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered. Players on Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, and elsewhere can download it now.

The update includes new, community-requested features as well as bug fixes and optimizations. As part of this, the game now supports 60 FPS in Classic Graphics mode, a brightness slider, and more.

Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections 1.70 update

August 19: In a surprise update, a new version 1.70 update has been announced for Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, highlighted by the addition of Uchiha Nanashi for free. The patch goes live tomorrow, August 20.

Uchiha Nanashi is the main thing here, but that’s not all. Other highlights include the addition of Color 5 to the costumes of some characters, “Wanted Players” in Ninja Battle, “Special Challenges”, a level cap increase, and more.

Fantasy Life i The Girl Who Steals Time 2.2.0 update

Level-5 today issued a new update for Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, which brings the game to version 2.2.0.

You may have heard that the title has received a mobile release. Level-5 has now made cross-play available with that version.

That’s not all though. We’ll also mention that two new costumes have been added, which are inspired by Professor Layton and Yo-kai Watch.
