Chromatic Lancelier is a Boss in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. The Chromatic Lancelier is the boss version of the Lancelier enemies and can be encountered at the Spring Meadows. The weak point of this boss is at the top of its head, shaped like a diamond. It is also weak to the Ice Element.

Where to Find Chromatic Lancelier Boss in The Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
- Location: Spring Meadows
From the checkpoint in Grand Meadow - Spring Meadows, go past the Portier (shield enemy) and go up the ledge behind it. Follow the path of the pink flowers and go under the felled pillar. Continue up the ramp and defeat the Volester (flying enemies) near a destroyed tent. Then, turn right until you see a bridge to a large enemy to find the Chromatic Lancelier.

Chromatic Lancelier Fight Strategy
The Best Tips for Chromatic Lancelier:
Encountered early in the game, it is actually possible to defeat the Chromatic Lancelier if you wish to engage, but it will be a challenging fight. Its attacks are capable of inflicting over 200+ damage if not dodged or parried, and can down your early level characters in one to two hits.
When fighting the Chromatic Lancelier for the first time, it is recommended to use Dodge to first gauge its attacks, then you may use parry if you feel confident in its timing. It has only two attacks: The improved version of its normal attack where it'll follow up with another thrust, denoted by its spear tip changing from red to yellow. The other is its quick attack, which remains unchanged. For an easier timing, keep an eye out for its arm movements and parry/dodge the moment it begins to lunge forward.
If you are still having trouble trying to defeat Chromatic Lancelier with only Gustave and Lune, try coming back later by progressing the story until you can get your third party member.
