Timely Correspondence is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. Timely Correspondence can be found at Ragged Coastline in Kehjistan. Picking up the item should activate the quest and highlight where you need to bring it, which should lead to the inn at Gea Kul. Speak to Aih'Setal there and say "I found this letter addressed to you." This should complete the quest.
