Justice Delayed is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. Justice Delayed can be found in Gea Kul, at the Southern Expanse in Kehjistan. Side Quests are optional missions that players can complete in order to obtain different rewards. Players are usually rewarded XP, and Gold depending on your level. Completing Side Quests in a specific region will also add to the Region Renown. Side Quests can be acquired by encountering various events or interacting with different NPCs.

Justice Delayed Walkthrough
After completing the Side Quest Acts of Atonement, this Quest will automatically be activated and your objective will be highlighted accordingly. In case you left this next Quest for later, your objective will be in Gea Kul, at the Southern Expanse.
- Speak with Suna in Gea Kul
Speak to Suna just outside of the Commandeered House you cleared in the previous Quest. Ask her, "What is this camp you spoke of?" It seems some people who Edgar hid from the inquisitors are in danger.
- Meet Edgar at Caldeum Overlook
Your next objective will be northeast of your current location, indicated by a blue circle, leading to the Forgotten Overlook in Caldeum. If you want to, and have it activated, you can teleport to the Waypoint in the Imperial Library and head south to the objective. Otherwise, place an objective marker on your map for the fastest path there. Head to the upper half of the blue circle for a gruesome sight.
- Defeat the Knights
It seems you were too late. Nothing to do now but avenge the refugees. You'll be up against five Knights Penitent. Nothing special with these Enemies, so make quick work of them. Be careful of other Enemies in the area whose attention you might've caught on your way here. Take care not to get overrun.
- Speak with Edgar
Edgar will approach the cliff. Reassure him and say, "This is not your fault." He's resolved to bring an end to all of this. This will complete the quest.
