Goatman's Bane is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. Goatman's Bane can be found at Diregloom Jungle, Nahantu. Side Quests are optional missions that players can complete in order to obtain different rewards. Players are usually rewarded XP, and Gold depending on your level. Completing Side Quests in a specific region will also add to the Region Renown. Side Quests can be acquired by encountering various events or interacting with different NPCs.

- Gather Undamaged Goatman Head from Goatmen
- Place the Goatman heads at the altar
- Speak with Sutsara
- Find Sutsara
- Slaughter the Goatmen
- Return to Sutsara's camp

Goatman's Bane Walkthrough
Your first objective is to collect 6 Undamaged Goatman Heads. Proceed to the marked area on the map and defeat enemies to gather the heads.
Once you’ve gathered all 6 Goatman Heads, head to the shrine and place them on the altar. After that, follow Sutsara to the west, where you’ll need to take down all the Goatmen that appear. Once every enemy is defeated, return to Sutsara at her camp to finalize the side quest.
How to unlock Goatman's Bane
- The Goatman’s Bane quest becomes available by speaking with Sutsara in Restless Canopy, just southeast of Kurast Bazaar.
