Everton have agreed a season-long loan deal to sign Man City star Jack Grealish, according to David Ornstein.
The Toffees have been interested in bringing the 30-year-old back to the Hill Dickinson Stadium all summer after his excellent loan spell on Merseyside last season, which was brought to an early end when he suffered a foot injury in January.
Everton and Man City have been in discussions over a move, and the winger made it his priority to return to the club this summer despite rival interest from Sunderland and Aston Villa during the window.
Now, according to The Athletic Everton have agreed a season-long loan deal for the England international to return, and he will undergo a medical with the Blues on Tuesday morning, with a race on to get the deal completed before the 11pm deadline.
GIVEMESPORT sources understand that Everton will pay 90% of Grealish's wages and no loan fee to bring him in, and they were the only club willing to meet the demands of City to get a deal over the line.
The agreement between the clubs comes after the two sides found an agreement on a separate transfer for Iliman Ndiaye to move in the opposite direction for £65m, with City hijacking Tottenham's move for the Senegal international.
Everton have also agreed a deal worth in excess of £40m to sign USMNT striker Folarin Balogun from Monaco, while Beto is set to join Fiorentina in a deal worth around £17m. David Moyes had been keen to strengthen the attack, and now he has got his wish in the final hours of the window.
Grealish is in the final year of his contract at the Etihad Stadium and will be available on a free transfer next summer, meaning a positive season could see Everton make the move permanent.

GIVEMESPORT spoke exclusively to Prime Minister Andy Burnham in August, and he told us that he was hopeful Grealish would return to the club.
“I’m hoping they may put some investment in this summer,” he said.
“I’m hoping Jack Grealish will give us one more year, at least I hope more than one, because he was a joy to watch last year and he brings a character that Evertonians can completely buy into.
“So the signs are good but there is one thing that I would just ask: sign a right-back.
“We need a right-back. Poor old Jake [O'Brien] can’t do another season at right-back.
“He’s a good player, he’s a great centre-back. Buy a right-back.”
Everton Close to Triple Deadline Day Signing
With Everton agreeing deals for Grealish and Balogun ahead of deadline day, Moyes is also keen to bring in a new right-back, and the Toffees are understood to be closing in on a move for Kenny Tete.
A deal for the Netherlands international was agreed last summer only for Tete to change his mind at the last minute and sign a renewal with Fulham instead. However, the 30-year-old is now closing in on a move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with a transfer expected to be completed on deadline day.
Everton have had a strong window with Hayden Hackney, Brennan Johnson and Christian Norgaard joining, while Merlin Rohl and Tyrique George both made their loan moves permanent too. Ndiaye is set to depart, following Dwight McNeil, Idrissa Gueye, Seamus Coleman and Beto out of the door, while Tim Iroegbunam has also agreed a £22m move to join Hull City.
