Brilliant is a Character Trait in The Outer Worlds 2. Brilliant allows you to master knowledge with ease, granting one additional skill specialization and starting specialized skills with 2 extra points. The selected Traits will define how the player's character will behave in the world and how they interact with various situations. Traits are decided upon when creating a character, and they can only be changed once after the introductory experience.
