A Collection of Rogues is a Collectible Quest in The Outer Worlds 2. In A Collection of Rogues, players meet Fionna F. Walker in the Free Market Station, who then challenges you to a battle relating to her card collection. The objective of this quest is for players to collect 15 cards of either the pitchball or tossball variety scattered all across Arcadia.
Once you have collected 15 cards, you need to return to Fionna to show her your collection. Upon completion, you will be able to buy from Fionna's wares. This page gives an overview of 15 cards that can be found within Paradise Island for players to collect to complete the quest.
Fionna F. Walker, an eccentric vendor in Free Market Station, refuses to show you her selection of rare goods unless you have a tossball card collection that can rival her own.

Starting A Collection of Rogues in The Outer Worlds 2
To start A Collection of Rogues, you need to go to the second floor inside The 2nd Choice Saloon at the Free Market Bazaar in Free Market Station, find Fionna F. Walker, and speak to her. She will start by asking if you are there to rival her in a battle with her collection.
- I'll hear you out. What are you preparing to "do battle" over?
- What the hell are you talking about, lady? I just wandered in here.
- That's a pretty interesting... sword? You've got on display there.
- If you're expecting a duel, it's not going to go the way you think.
- You're nuts. Bye. [Leave Conversation]
Picking option 1, she'll say it is a battle of cards. Fionna mentions that she wants to see if your collection beats hers.
- I have a few here. Is this enough?
- Cards? Who cares about cards?
- This is a joke, right? I'm not going to waste my time comparing a card collection.
Choosing option 3, Fionna will say that cards are all the rage in Arcadia and that she cannot share her wares unless they've bested her collection. This will end the conversation and you will have officially started A Collection of Rogues.
Finding Collectible Cards in The Outer Worlds 2
Pitchball Card: Alex Wilson
Pitchball Card: Alex Wilson can be found in the Fairfield Saloon on Paradise Island. It will be pinned behind one of the posters on the left beside the refrigerator.
Pitchball Card: Ben Hamilton
You will come across Pitchball Card: Ben Hamilton as you progress through A Final Death for Gravity in Sovereign's Sweet Spire Grove.
Using the PALE gadget, climb up the cliffs until you reach the ledge to the left of Othaham and Ferch's facility. It will be on the chair next to a couple of bottles of Numb Rum.
Pitchball Card: Chris Stanick
Pitchball Card: Chris Stanick can be found on the 4th Deck of the Skycutter A102, north of the Ministry of Accuracy. It will be on top of a table on the south side of the 4th deck.
Pitchball Card: Conor Walsh
Pitchball Card: Conor Walsh can also be found on Skycutter A102, north of the Ministry of Accuracy. To find the card, use the elevator and go to the 7th deck of Skycutter A102 and grab the card from the chest to your right when you exit the elevator.
Pitchball Card: Gaby Gonzalez
Pitchball Card: Gaby Gonzalez can be found at the base next to The Bridge of the Reverent, north of Fairfield on Paradise Island. Climb up the stairs to the office that overlooks the entrance of the base. The card will be on top of the desk to the right of the terminal.
Pitchball Card: Josephus Fielder
Pitchball Card: Josephus Fielder can be obtained as a partial reward for giving Redactor Quesnel a total of 5 copies of Science Adventures Quarterly during the Collectible Quest In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda. Pitchball Card: Kelvin Nakamura
Pitchball Card: Kelvin Nakamura can be found inside the armory of the base by The Bridge of the Reverent located north of Fairfield in Paradise Island. To find the card, enter the armory of the base using the Bridge Armory Keycard. If you don't have the item, you can also pick the door, which requires Lockpick 5 and x1 Mag-Pick, or blow up the door, which requires Explosives 5. The card will be right next to the Shock Machine Gun on top of a pile of crates
Pitchball Card: Kyle Koenig
Pitchball Card: Kyle Koenig can be found inside a building right next to the shooting range at the Arbiter Training Facility located east of Fairfield in Paradise Island.
Once you reach the Arbiter Training Facility, go inside the office and you will find the card between a green folder on a table near the window of the building.
Pitchball Card: Mark DeGeorge
Pitchball Card: Mark DeGeorge can be found behind the Fairfield Clinic in Paradise Island. Refer to the map below to see the exact location.
Go to Fairfield and head behind the clinic. The card will be in the hand of the scarecrow in the field where you can also pick up the Battle Helm of Ptero-Bane.
Pitchball Card: Sam Gould
Pitchball Card: Sam Gould can be found on the second level of the Crabble Spawning Grounds located southwest of Paradise Island's Landing Pad.
Head to the Crabble Spawning Grounds and once you're inside, make your way to the second level. Look for the wall of Crabble Eggs near the Anomaly Rift. Destroy the wall of Crabble Eggs to find a corpse and loot the body to find the card.
Pitchball Card: Trevor Swafford
Pitchball Card: Trevor Swafford can be found on the roof of one of the Protectorate Cabins located northwest of Fairfield near the Ministry of Accuracy in Paradise Island. Refer to the map below to see the exact location of the card.
To reach the card, use the generator to climb up to the cylindrical vats and cross the gap towards the cabin with a chair on the roof. Use the double jump feature with the PALE gadget to reach the roof of the cabin. The card will be on top of a table right beside the chair.
Tossball Card: Anthony Rogers
Tossball Card: Anthony Rogers can be found at the Wesport Maintenance area located in the northwestern part of Wesport in Paradise Island. To find the card, go to the water purification plant. The card will be inside a chest beside one of the water purification towers on a metal walkway.
Tossball Card: Daniel Cabuco
Tossball Card: Daniel Cabuco can be found inside the Raptidon Den on Paradise Island. Go to the main chamber in the lower level of the Raptidon Den, then climb up the rock formations towards the cave. You will find the card next to a pile of bones.
Tossball Card: Demi McDorman
Tossball Card: Demi McDorman can be found on the roof of the southern barracks inside the Ministry of Accuracy located northwest of Fairfield in Paradise Island.
To find the card, go to the Ministry of Accuracy and head towards the barracks and climb up to the roof using the stack of boxes. Once you are on the roof, climb higher using the air vents and it will be on top of the two pipes.
Tossball Card: Shaina Grade
Tossball Card: Shaina Grade can be found inside the third house full of Purpleberry food northwest of the Westport fast travel point in Paradise Island. Go to the third house indicated in the map below. The card will be on the desk next to the terminal.
Return to Fionna and Show Your Collection
Once you have collected 15 cards, you can go back to The 2nd Choice Saloon in the Free Market Station and speak to Fionna again. She will reiterate that to see her wares, you must beat her collection.
- I have some here. En garde!
- Laws, do you ever turn it off? Just tell me if I have enough.
- I deal with enough crazy without you. Goodbye. [Leave Conversation]
Fionna will look at your cards and acknowledge your collection to have bested hers.
- Can I see what you have for sale now?
- You were a worthy adversary. But not worthy enough.
- Just wanted to knock you off your high perch. I gotta go. [Leave Conversation]
You can choose either option 1 or 2. Fionna will keep her promise to present you with her collection of wares. At this point, you will have officially completed A Collection of Rogues and she will lead you to a room. Once inside, you can speak to her again and select "[Open Vendor] Let's see what you've got." to see what she has for sale.
