The amulet is in the chest in the same room as the corpse. The corpse has Firzu’s Ring of Trading.

Found in the Healing House morgue on a corpse behind a wall. Perception check reveals the button. It is near the exit.
I also got a Strange Tendril Amulet from reuniting Lora and Vanra along with an extra nice weapon. So i guess you can get 2 in a playthrough
