Once part of the Girdle of Blades, this buckle was torn off and fashioned into an amulet that can be worn by creatures of all sizes.Amulet of the Unworthy is one of the available Amulets in Baldur's Gate 3. There's significantly more enemies that do slash dmg vs bludgeoning. Wear it often then just unequip on the mobs with hammers/maces.

Perfect fodder item for Gale the Arcane Glutton of Waterdeep.
This is a good situational item, but can even be used as a core item with the right setup. You need to asses the risk of getting clubbed and mitigate this risk. Shield spell and/or defensive duelist work well here, as well as any ability that inflicts disadvantage as a reaction or passively and ranger's multiattack defense. Having all those perks is beneficial in itself but it also opens up for a safe use for this item. You can then control what hits you tank and what you dodge.
