Ready to pick up dozens of free games in June 2026? Well, get ready to be on your toes to make sure you don't miss any giveaways on Steam, Amazon Prime Gaming (aka Amazon Luna), Epic Games Store, Itch.io, and more. At any given moment, there should be an absurd number of free-to-keep PC games, including small indie releases and massive triple-A titles. On the console side of things, PlayStation owners can look forward to PS Plus' new games, while Xbox constantly expands Game Pass' library.

Due to the sheer volume of freebies, along with many of them only lasting for a couple of days, keeping track of everything can be pretty exhausting. Therefore, this article strives to simplify the process to ensure you don't miss out on any free June games that you actually want.

I am including PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass for completionist sake, and I'll add Nintendo Switch Online if they announce anything. They aren't really free, but there is no harm in listing them. EA Play and Ubisoft+ Premium are not included.

Perhaps in preparation for the eventual release of Red Nun's Legacy, Stormind Games is handing out both Remothered games for free, with two catches. Firstly, the giveaways are very short; secondly, they are on different platforms. GOG gets the 2020 sequel, Broken Porcelain, which has a mostly mixed reception but is still a solid option for horror fans looking for something they might have missed.

Remothered: Tormented Fathers has a couple of rough edges that hold it back from greatness, but it is still a solid Resident Evil-style survvial horror game with some pretty creepy visuals.

Steam starts June with a bang by giving away Gravity Circuit, a highly-regarded Mega Man-style indie game that should be receiving a sequel in 2027. If you are remotely a fan of Capcom's franchise, Domesticated Ant Games' spiritual successor should be a no-brainer.

One of Steam's biggest-ever giveaways, all three chapters of Tell Me Why are available for free, and they will stay that way for an entire month. A narrative-driven adventure game similar to Don't Nod's more popular Life is Strange, Tell Me Why tells a story about twins trying to uncover mysteries from their childhoods.

Pico Park: Classic Edition

Amazon Prime Gaming, nowadays known as Amazon Luna, is arguably the best free games platform on the PC scene, but it tends to be forgotten due to being such a small part of the subscription service. If you have Amazon Prime, you can right now claim a bunch of freebies, including pretty big names like Mafia 2: Definitive Edition. Amazon adds new titles sporadically, so keep an eye on this stuff.

Once you claim a game through Amazon Luna, it is yours – no Amazon Prime or Amazon Luna subscription required to play.

Although not garnering as much attention as Steam or Epic Games Store, Itch.io regularly gives away free games as well. Designed entirely to promote indie creators, these freebies are always small titles that would otherwise not garner too much attention.
