The Dump Control Room is without electricity, and that means there's no way for Leon to progress deeper into the ARK to complete the mutual mission of himself and Grace in Resident Evil Requiem. How to Get the Override Key for the Dump Control Room in Resident Evil 9

Upon arriving at the Dump Control Room, you will want to take the stairs up. You will find yourself in the Lab Entrance, which will be your safe room for this section of the ARK. When you're ready to proceed, head east and then north through the Sterilization Chamber, but watch out for the broken glass, which will alert the Lickers patrolling ahead.
Navigate through the Sterilization Chamber to reach Bioweapon Repository 02. You will find the Override Key for the Dump Control Room in the Chemical Storage room, which is to the northeast of this area, inside a terminal. There are two zombies in this room, so be ready for a fight.

After you have taken the Override Key (Dump Control Room) from its terminal, the power in this area will go out. Now, navigate back down through the Lab Entrance into the Dump Control Room and place the key into the power activation slot. This will restore power and allow you to proceed.
