Resident Evil Requiem Trophy Roadmap & Guide

Achievement/Trophy

Description

How to Get

Rookie Agent

Complete the main story on at least Casual difficulty.

Casual is the lowest difficulty. Great for speedrunning, but you will be required to play on harder difficulties for their trophies.

Rising Agent

Complete the main story on at least Standard (Modern) difficulty.

The default difficulty, which will earn you the Rising Agent and the Rookie Agent trophies.

Resolute Agent

Complete the main story on at least Standard (Classic) difficulty.

This difficulty unlocks after you beat the main story, so you'll have to start a New Game and select this one.

Remarkable Agent

Complete the main story on Insanity difficulty.

Insanity Difficulty is the hardest difficulty with tanky enemies and limited saves. Save this difficulty for your third playthrough after you purchase cheats with Completion Points.

Speed Demon

Complete the main story by releasing Elpis within four hours.

Complete the main story under 4 hours, which is easier on Casual difficulty when you know the puzzles and run past enemies. This should be reserved for your second playthrough.

Never Touch the Stuff

Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors.

This should also be reserved for a second or third playthrough when you have bonuses enabled to make it easier. You'll basically need to never heal from start to finish.

Minimalist

Complete the main story without Grace using the blood collector.

The Blood Collector is what Grace uses for crafting items, so this is best reserved for a third playthrough when you have access to infinite ammo, as you won't need items after that.

Case Closed

Read all the files in the main story.

There are 75 Files to find across all chapters, so check your Inventory to make sure you have them all before leaving for the next area.

You Little Rascal!

Ribbons are exclusive to Insanity and Standard (Classic) difficulties. You can find these items as little ribbons and use them to save your progress at any typewriter.

Continue to collect blood with the Blood Collector and craft items as you play until you manage to craft a total of 300. This won't take long.

Bloodlust

Collect 5,000 microsamples of infected blood with the blood collector.
