Pragmata: How to Upgrade Shelter & All Shelter License Keys

When you first start your journey with Diana in Pragmata, the Shelter level will be set to zero, but as you progress and collect Shelter License Keys (mostly from the bosses at the end of each Sector), new services will be unlocked for your use. Not only will Hugh gain access to new weapons and hacking nodes, but you will also get new Stamp Boards, unlockable abilities, upgrades, special Training Simulation missions, Read Earth Memory sets, and more.
