Pragmata's second main area is called the Mass Production Array, and considering it's loosely themed on New York City's Times Square, you can bet that there are a ton of collectibles to find.
This Pragmata guide will show players exactly where to find all the hidden goodies, including Safe Boxes, Pure Lunum, Mods, Upgrade Components, Read Earth Memories, and Cartridge Holders. Upgrade Components don't count towards 100% completion, but we'll still include the ones we found so you can upgrade Hugh's gear back at the Shelter!

Test Site Entrance (Test Site Platform) Collectible Locations
Upgrade Component #1 Location
As soon as you land at the Test Site Entrance, turn right and then left to find a hidden Upgrade Component.
Upgrade Component #2 Location
When you reach a room with a signboard titled 'Area Closed for Testing,' head left to find a hidden Upgrade Component in a corner.
Upgrade Component #3 Location
When passing through the hallway after the sign that says 'Area Closed for Testing,' you'll see a doorway on the right wall leading to a document and an Upgrade Component.
Upgrade Component #4 Location
Once you reach the open 'Times Square' esque area, drop down and immediately turn around to face where you came from to find an Upgrade Component to the left underneath scaffolding.
Upgrade Component #5 Location
Walk a bit farther through the square, then turn left to see a large billboard featuring a woman wearing red lipstick. There's an Upgrade Component right in front of it.
Safe Box #1 Location / Upgrade Components #6/7 Location
You can't get this until you reach the Business District (Office Space) area's Shelter Hatch, but once you walk out the door next to it, turn right to find some Filament mass that you can't break until you get the Lim Eraser power. However, if you jump over to the platform on the left, you can find a Safe Box containing two Upgrade Components.
Safe Box #2 Location
After grabbing the Lim Eraser ability for Diana (you'll get this in the Lim Recycling Facility), go to the storefront that says 'NOUVELLE' and clear the filament mass to find a Safe Box with 200 Lunafilaments.
Safe Box #3 Location (Cabin Coin)
Use the Lim Eraser power to unblock the entrance to the diner right across the street from the previous Safe Box location. Open the chest to find a Cabin Coin.
Shopping District (Shopping District - Entrance) Collectible Locations
Red Gate Key #1 Location
Look for this Red Gate Key on the counter in the Stardust restaurant.
Upgrade Component #1 Location
When you get to the Stardust restaurant, use the nearby terminal to lift a platform up so you can jump and hover across to the Upgrade Component on the other side of the room.
Upgrade Component #2 Location
In the area after the Stardust cafe, turn left to see an Upgrade Component on a raised platform.
Mod #1 Location (Extended Breach)
After checking out the mannequins with Diana, turn around to find a hallway with lasers. Defeat the robot that appears and then use the zipline to the left to reach the blue chest containing the Extended Breach mod.
Safe Box #1 Location
After using the zipline after the mannequin conversation, go towards some bookshelves to find an enclosed area with a Safe Box containing 200 Lunafilaments.
Upgrade Component #3 Location
Once you grab the first Safe Box, you're going to end up outside on a ledge. Turn left to find an Upgrade Component on a lower platform you can drop onto.
Safe Box #2 Location / Upgrade Components #3, #4, and #5
Before you drop into the area with the Beacon, look over to the left to see some filament crystal mass you can break once you get Dian's Lim Eraser ability in the Lim Recycling Facility. You'll find a Safe Box behind it containing three Upgrade Components.
Safe Box #3 Location / Pure Lunum #1 Location / Upgrade Components #6/7 Locations
After hacking the first Beacon in the Shopping District near the large 'Diana's' donut sign, enter the nearby room to find a Safe Box with two Upgrade Components and a chest containing Pure Lunum.
Safe Box #4 Location
Shortly after grabbing the previous Safe Box and Pure Lunum, you'll find a room where you need to hack a lock to open a door. Before doing that, jump on the platforms to the left of the door to find a Holo-Wall. It will lead you to an enclosed area with some enemies and a Safe Box containing 300 Lunafilaments.
Upgrade Component #8 Location
In the following area, after you hack the door open, you'll see another Upgrade Component on a burger cart.
Upgrade Component #9 Location
You'll walk into an area called 'Orbit Our World' as part of the main path, and you'll see this next Upgrade Component right in plain sight near some lasers.
Safe Box #5 Location (Cabin Coin)
Right after picking up Upgrade Component 7, you'll see a Safe Box behind some lasers. Take a right, then hop onto the platform on the right to reach a panel you can hack to disable the lasers. The Safe Box has a Cabin Coin.
Read Earth Memory #1 Location (Basketball)
After grabbing the Safe Box with the Cabin Coin, continue on the main path, then turn left after passing some boxes to pick up the Read Earth Memory for a Basketball.
Mod #2 Location (Close Quarters)
After grabbing the Read Earth Memory, you'll enter an area with a container with the Close Quarters Mod.
Upgrade Component #10 Location
Technically part of the Test Site Entrance area, this next Upgrade Component can be seen once you leave the Shopping District. You can hack a nearby terminal to create a walkway, but if you turn right and look down, you can see the item on a wooden scaffold below.
Pure Lunum #2 Location
If you enter the Shopping District from its exit on the ground floor (Test Site Entrance), you can quickly find the gate to the Red Zone. Use a Red Gate Key and defeat the wave of robots inside to get a chest with Pure Lunum.
Side Alley (Interconnecting Passage) Collectible Locations
Mod #1 Location (Relay Amplifier)
After crossing the bridge to the Side Alley area, you'll drop and then enter a gate after unlocking the Charge Piercer weapon. Defeat some enemies and then hack a panel to lift a platform. Hop on it, jump onto a couple of platforms, and you'll see the blue container near a tall chain fence.
Mod #2 Location (Long-Range Targeting)
After passing the first mod box, you'll reach an area with a tower right in the middle with a Beacon on top. Go to the other side of it to find the second mod in the Side Alley (Long-Range Targeting).
Read Earth Memory #1 Location (Slide)
There's a side alley you can find in the tower/Beacon area with a zipline that'll take you to a higher platform with the Slide Read Earth Memory.
Upgrade Component #1 Location
When you activate the Beacon on top of the tower in the Side Alley, you can jump off to a nearby platform leading to a zipline. Before going up, look to the right to find an Upgrade Component.
Safe Box #1 Location (Cabin Coin)
After turning on the Beacon on top of the tower, use the zipline and then look to your left to find a Safe Box with a Cabin Coin. You can drop to it once you land in the upper area.
Upgrade Component #2 Location
When you reach the next major combat arena with the next Beacon, head over to the left to find a lower platform with an Upgrade Component.
Business District (Office Space) Collectibles
Pure Lunum #1 Location / Upgrade Component #1
You'll enter the Business District area after hacking the Beacon outside in the combat arena. Step inside to find a Pure Lunum chest and an Upgrade Component.
Safe Box #1 Location / Read Earth Memory #1 Location (Skateboard)
When you pass the Business District (Office Space) area's Shelter Hatch, you'll see a Filament Mass you can clear using Diana's Lim Eraser ability (you'll get this on your way to the last beacon in the Lim Recycling Facility).
Clear the mass, then take the elevator down to a room where you'll need to solve a brief platforming puzzle. You'll find a Safe Box here with 200 Lunafilaments and a Read Earth Memory for a Skateboard.
Safe Box #2 Location / Upgrade Component #3 Location
When you cross the bridge after the Business District (Office Space) Shelter Hatch, look off to the right to see a hidden area. Jump down to find a Safe Box right underneath the bridge --it has an Upgrade Component.
Safe Box # 3 Location
Enter the door across from the Red Zone area in the Business District and then take a right to find a Safe Box containing 300 Lunafilaments.
Cartridge Holder #1 Location
After opening the previous Safe Box, take the zipline elevator thingie to reach an area with a Cartridge Holder.
Mod #1 Location (Pocket Refinery) / Pure Lunum #2 Location
After completing the Red Zone challenge in the Business District, you'll get a Mod for Pocket Refinery and a Pure Lunum.
Safe Box #4 Location (Cabin Coin) / Safe Box #5 Location
To the right of the Red Zone gate, you can find a zipline elevator thingie that will take you to an area with two Safe Boxes. However, you won't be able to access the chests until you get the Cleanse ability for Diana in the Experimental Pragmatics level later in the story. The Safe Box on the right has 1000 Lunafilaments, and the other has a Cabin Coin.
Lim Recycling Facility Collectibles
Safe Box #1 Location
Right before you get to the elevated platform with the Read Earth Memory, turn around and examine the wall in the back corner of the hallway to find a Holo-Wall. Behind it, you'll find a Safe Box with 300 Lunafilaments.
Read Earth Memory #1 Location (CRT TV)
After creating the second bridge, cross it to enter the Lim Recycling Facility. You'll eventually reach a platform with a Read Earth Memory on top.
Upgrade Component #1 Location
In the room with the Escape Hatch to the Shelter, you can find an Upgrade Component on an elevated platform.
Safe Box #2 Location (Cabin Coin)
Enter the next room via the elevated platform to find a Safe Box with a Cabin Coin.
Safe Box #3 Location
In the next room, you can find a hackable panel to disable the lasers and grab a Safe Box containing 200 Lunafilaments.
Upgrade Component #2 Location
When you get the Lim Eraser ability for Diana, clear out the nearby Filament Mass to find an Upgrade Component.
Upgrade Component #3 Location
After turning on the Beacon in the facility, turn right to enter a room, and you'll see the Upgrade Component to the left.
