Under Hansi Flick, Barcelona have turned a corner and have returned to the level of form and dominance they've more often than not shown over the years. They've brought some very talented youngsters through the ranks over the years, but they've also paid over the odds for some of the biggest stars in the sport.

With Flick calling the shots, they have a healthy balance of both parties. The likes of Lamine Yamal and Gavi came through the academy, while they've brought proven superstars to Camp Nou too. After retaining their La Liga title, here's how much every player in the senior squad is taking home every week.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen, now on loan at Ajax, was Barcelona's starting goalkeeper for around a decade, but he lost his position to Joan Garcia. The Spaniard, signed from Espanyol last summer, penned a three-year deal worth just over €120,000 per week. The 25-year-old has since established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in world football.

Barca also have a proven shot-stopper in the shape of Wojciech Szczesny. The former Arsenal man came out of retirement to sign with the Catalan giants in 2024, and he's earning a nice weekly wage for doing so.

Defenders

Moving into defence, there's one man making a significant amount more than anyone else, and that's Jules Kounde. Signed from Sevilla in 2022, he became one of the most expensive centre-backs in history. He has been integral for Barcelona since and is earning over €300,000-per-week for his troubles.

Following Ronald Araujo's departure to Liverpool, Eric Garcia is now the club's third highest-paid defender. He is paid a weekly salary of €153,846. Jumping above him on the list is new signing Joao Cancelo. The former Al-Hilal defender spent half of last season on loan and has now returned to Barcelona for the third time, this time finally signing a permanent deal. He's signed a deal which will net him €220,000, per Salary Leaks.

Andreas Christensen also earns €100,000-a-week. The former Chelsea man has been plagued by injuries in the past few seasons but remains a solid option at the back.

Pau Cubarsi signed a new deal in 2025 and was handed €76,923-a-week. Barcelona's young left-backs, Alejandro Balde and Gerard Martin, as well as right-back Hector Fort, are the lowest-paid defenders in the first-team.

Midfielders

Barcelona have made a vital signing this summer, landing 2024 Ballon d'Or winner Rodri. The World Cup winner instantly became the club's highest-paid player, making €520,769 (£444,782) every week.

Frenkie de Jong has had his fair share of critics since he joined Barca in 2019. However, despite his future at the club coming into question on various occasions in the past few years, his future is in Catalonia, having penned a four-year extension worth €250,385 per week in 2025. He's on just more than Pedri (€240,385) in third place. Gavi (€180,385) and Fermin Lopez (€140,192) also earn more than €100,000 every seven days.

Marc Bernal and Marc Casado came through the ranks at Camp Nou and each signed a contract to keep them with the team for the foreseeable future. The duo are both earning €23,846 on a weekly basis.

Forwards

Under Flick, Barcelona have transformed into one of the most exciting attacking teams in the world, and they've got a very impressive batch of forwards at their disposal.

Lamine Yamal has been the biggest success story to come out of Barcelona's academy since Lionel Messi. He is now earning a whopping €400,577 a week, which equates to just under €27 million per season as a base salary. His partner in crime, Raphinha, was also rewarded with a new deal after an incredible 2024/25 season. The Brazilian earns just less than the Spanish wonderkid.

Gabriel Jesus has become one of Barca's highest earners after joining from Arsenal, signing a €250,000-per-week deal. Dani Olmo and German international Karim Adeyemi, who was signed from Borussia Dortmund this summer, are both paid €240,385 every seven days.

Instead of signing Marcus Rashford following his loan spell, Barcelona decided to make a move for Newcastle's Anthony Gordon. In the summer of 2026, the Englishman put pen to paper on a five-year deal worth €230,769 per week.

Roony Bardghji rounds out the squad, with the Swedish teenager earning €20,000 every seven days. Sadly, he's out with an ACL injury right now, so he won't be able to offer much to the team in 2026/27.
