How to get Condemnation in Diablo 4

You can try to roll Condemnation using the Horadric Cube in Lord of Hatred by doing the following:

Item Transmutation (Upgrade to Unique): Chance to roll a random unique from the same equipment category.

• Any Common Dagger
• x1 Enhanced Primordial Dust
• x10 Primordial Dust

NOTE: You can also use Ancestral types of the same equipment, but you will need to remove affixes via Horadric Cube to bring down the quality to Common (White), then you can proceed with the upgrade to Unique via Item Transmutation

Item Transmutation (Amalgamation): Chance to roll a random unique from the pool drop of Duriel Maggot King using a Boss Trophy.

Condemnation can be target-farmed by summoning and defeating Duriel Maggot King.

• Condemnation drops at any Difficulty Tier, but will have an increased drop rate per Torment tier
