Black Ops Zombies' Moon map features a unique way to Pack-a-Punch. The Pack-a-Punch can actually be accessed straight from spawn, but it's also in No Man's Land, an area where zombies do not stop spawning, and they will become more aggressive with every second you spend here, so you need to get in and out fast! Below, we'll share how we manage to Pack-a-Punch before Round 1 in every game, and how you can return here in later rounds.
This method also works with Black Ops 3's version of Moon, but it's far easier thanks to GobbleGums!
How to Pack-a-Punch Before Round 1 on Moon
As soon as you spawn, you're going to want to run around and melee the zombies, as each of them will reward 130 points. Your goal is to reach around 2,000 points before the first alarm rings, after which the zombies will start to sprint. For the first alarm, zombies are a 2-hit stab, so try to get a few in before running.
You now want to train around the circle in the middle and avoid the water as best you can, as it will slow you down. The first few hellhound spawns are one-hit kills with the knife. When all of your zombies have spawned, cook a grenade for 4 ticks, then throw it at your feet so it explodes behind you.
The grenade should kill or make crawlers of the zombies, and any crawlers left behind can be stabbed for a one-hit kill. Now, repeat this process with your new train until you have no more grenades. At this point, you should have around 4,000 points.
Keep running around the zombies, and now you can use your bullets from the 1911 starting pistol. Shoot the zombies in a group to try and get multiple points from a single bullet, and by the time you run out of ammo, you should have 5,000 points.
Now, just Pack-a-Punch, run around until it's safe to pick the Mustang & Sally back up from the Pack-a-Punch machine, and then flee to the teleporter to arrive at the Moon on Round 1!
Remember to grab the P.E.S. suit so you don't suffocate, and try not to shoot the Mustang & Sally indoors. The explosive rounds will break the glass, which means that when the power is turned on, there will be no oxygen in those rooms, forcing you to keep the P.E.S. suit on!
How to Get Back to Pack-a-Punch on Moon

To return to Pack-a-Punch, you're going to need to navigate through either Tunnel 11 or Tunnel 6 (they both lead to the same place) and then take the stairs up to the laboratory. From the third floor, take the left room out to the exterior of the Moon (just remember to wear the P.E.S. suit so you don't suffocate!)
There's a teleporter to the right of the AK-74U Wall-Buy that your entire team must stand on, which teleports you back to Groom Lake, where you can find the Pack-a-Punch machine waiting for you in the center. However, the zombies will increase their aggression the longer you stay here, so you want to get in and out fast!
It's also worth noting that you can find JuggerNog and Speed Cola exclusively in the Pack-a-Punch / Area 51 location. These Perk Machines will alternate, so every time you visit Groom Lake, one of the two machines will be active.
You might also want to know that you can't teleport back to Pack-a-Punch twice in the same round. You will have to pass the next round, and then wait around 2 minutes for the green lights above the teleporter to activate so that the cage protecting the teleporter releases.
I wouldn't risk teleporting back to Pack-a-Punch without the Hacker Device and Gersh Devices. The Hacker allows you to close the doors around Pack-a-Punch to safely upgrade your weapons for 30 seconds, whereas the Gersh Device can be thrown to distract and kill all zombies so you can escape back to the teleporter.
