This is madness. Despite the recent additions the Leeds squad is weaker than it was at the same time last year and, once again, we have not brought in a No 10, or a new striker, and there is very little chance of getting them in before the window slams shut, given the dilatory progress being made by our recruitment team since Trafford was signed. The supposed “ ambition” of Marathe and Co is looking questionable and the board, not Farke, must carry the can if we find ourselves struggling to compete against 19 other teams that have recruited widely.
