Extra Experience is a Action Skill in Octopath Traveler 0. Action Skills exist outside of a character’s initial Job and can be learned by any companion.
How to Learn Action Skills
Action Skills are unlocked through advancing the story, buying them from certain NPCs, or completing training at the Training Ground. After being obtained, these skills are not tied to a specific character and may be assigned or removed freely, as long as the ally has an open action skill slot.
