How to Change Jobs

Unlock Battle Skills from the Skills Menu
You can change the protagonist’s Job by opening the Skills Menu and selecting Protagonist’s Jobs. This will display all Jobs the protagonist can access, and you can switch to any of them as long as you’ve unlocked enough Battle Skills tied to your current Jobs.

Battle Skills are unlocked using JP (Job Points), so make sure to farm JP through random encounters before attempting to change into higher-tier roles.

Can Party Members Change Jobs?

Only the Protagonist Can Change Jobs
