Signs pointing to possible Nintendo Direct next week

We don’t have any sort of confirmation at this point, but a Nintendo Direct could very well be happening next Thursday, September 10.
Much has been made of a social media post going around regarding Just Dance: Decade of Hits. Essentially, some content surrounding the game leaked. Ubisoft made a post on social media to respond to the situation and said that more information will be shared on September 10.

A Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Direct will take place tomorrow, August 4, Nintendo just announced. The event will air at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe.
Nintendo says that the presentation will be about 20 minutes long. It will cover the latest information about the upcoming tactical RPG game.

June 9: We’ll be hearing much more about Splatoon Raiders very soon as a dedicated Nintendo Direct has been announced. It will air on June 30, 2026 at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe.
Also shared today is that a Splatfest themed around Splatoon Raiders is coming to Splatoon 3 on July 10. It’ll kick off at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET. You’ll have until July 12 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET to participate. After it ends, we’ll have the results soon after.

A Nintendo Direct is officially happening tomorrow, June 9, the company just announced. It will air at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe.
According to Nintendo, the presentation will be about 50 minutes of long. It will focus on games for the second half of 2026 for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. A Nintendo Treehouse: Live event will follow immediately after for 95 minutes.

May 19: According to Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb, a Nintendo Direct will air by the middle of June. In other words, if true, a presentation should be expected sometime within the next few weeks.
Grubb shared that tidbit of information during the latest Giant Bombcast episode. He doesn’t currently have an answer as to whether it would be a Partner Showcase or a full on Nintendo Direct, but is currently assuming the latter.

A new Direct for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Direct will air on Monday, March 9, Nintendo just announced. It will air at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET.
Nintendo will be showing off the latest trailer for the film here. This is strictly about the movie, so don’t expect any game information during the presentation.

The February 2026 Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase is starting in just a bit, and for those looking to tune in, we have the live stream. It begins at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe. As previously announced, the presentation will be roughly 30 minutes long.
As this is a Partner Showcase, we’ll mostly be hearing out third-party games. A Nintendo-published game or two could slip in, but don’t expect to see the next big 3D Mario or Zelda here.

A Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase will air tomorrow, February 5, it’s just been announced. It will air at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe. The presentation will be roughly 30 minutes long showing upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch games.
Like other Partner Showcases, this one will be about third-party games. However, every now and then we’ve seen some Nintendo-published titles show up – Hyrule Warriors is one example.
