- Add them to the cauldron and boil for 2 turns.
- Grind the charcoal and add it to the cauldron.
- Add the belladonna and boil for 1 turn.

Crafted all potions at Henry's quality (Alchemy lvl 16 perk called "Secret of Secrets").
Henry's Fox: "Increases Speech by 7, increases reading speed and increases the amount of experience gained by 50% for two days."

NB: The 'Perfect Brew' on Fandom is BS! Only makes Strong Fox, unless you have Secrets of Equilibrium II, I guess (basically maxed Alchemy).
Actual 'Perfect Brew' to make Henry's Fox, which obviously requires Secret of Secrets, and probably Secrets of Equilibrium too, all fresh ingredients, and possibly a Strong Quickfinger potion drunk too:
1. Pour oil; 2. Move down cauldron; 3. Grind nettle & St. John's wort, drop in; 4. Grind charcoal, drop in; 5. Move up cauldron; 6. Throw in belladonna; 7. Pour into phial.
Do all that quickly with no actions that aren't stated, and you'll make Henry's Fox every time - if not, make sure you have everything mentioned in paragraph one.
