KCD2 Home Customization System Guide
How to Unlock Home Repairs in KCD2?
To unlock this feature, you will need to speak with Magdalena during the quest, Adept, who can be found outside the house spinning a spindle. by the end of the conversation, she will bring you up into the house to the planning desk with 3 sketches. After the conversation is done, you can walk up to each of the sketches and choose which you would like to work on first. The sketch on the left allows you to repair the outer structure of the house and eventually decorate it upon gaining Prestige points.

How to Repair My House in KCD2?
After having the Planning Desk unlocked, you will be able to access it any time you want. However, you will need to accumulate the required currency and the required amount needed to make these specific upgrades. The currency needed to make these renovations is Groschen, which can easily be obtained, and also Prestige. Prestige is the newly introduced stat that also doubles as a currency, only for these renovations. Once you have accumulated a decent amount of Groschen and Prestige, head over to the Planning Desk to start renovating and redesigning your home.

How to Farm Prestige in KCD2?
The Prestige stat can be found in the player's Menu under Henry's main stats, you will need to gain your prestige to be able to make renovations, decorate, and furnish your home to your liking.
The best way of collecting Prestige is by simply taking up the daily Guild Activities. To unlock Guild Activities, you will need to be part of the Blacksmith's guild. To do so, you will have to complete Klaus' Introduction Task. Three Guild Activities will be unlocked for you to take. Once you have completed the three available Guild Activities, you can go to bed and wake up to a new day with a new set of Guild Activities.
Additionally, the most common Guild Activity to take part in is the Blacksmith Commissions. These types of quests mean that you will need to forge a weapon, given that you have the correct blueprint and also the required materials. However, if you do not have the required blueprint, you can head over to Mater Bushek the Elder to pick up some new blueprints. Proceed to being smithing the weapons and sharpening it before handing it over to the customer.
Lastly, when you have some Groschen and Prestige to spend, you will need to pay attention to the descriptions of some of the furniture pieces; some may look better than others, but some may bring you better benefits, such as permanently increasing the Prestige gained. Purchasing these items early on will help you in the long run if you wish to farm Prestige.
