Not as chill compared to Miller Kreyzl as you’re led to believe by first impression. Radovan tries to steal credit for your work and is also having an affair with the woman in a red dress (who doesn’t have an actual name, simply labeled “Housewife”) who lives next door. The affair can be discovered by a random NPC dialogue where Radovan momentarily leaves his forge to talk to her where she scolds him for marrying his “battleaxe wife” instead of her and Radovan tries to calm her down by assuring her that he still wants her.
