Mushroom is a Quest Item in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. Quest Items are acquired from NPCs, dropped by unique Enemies or Bosses, loot, or by story progression. These Quest Items are mainly used to progress the game's main campaign, complete NPC questlines, and acquire unique rewards.
Where to Find Mushroom in Clair Obscur Expedition 33
- Location: Esquie's Nest
- Upon first entering the cavern, look to your right and drop down towards where the Mime enemy is standing. If you look a bit to the left from where the Mime is, you'll see some glowing mushrooms on the ground. Approach it to find this item that you can pick up from the ground.

- Given to Karatom located past the Gestral Bazar in Gestral Village.
- Give this item so he can strengthen his invention, the Ultimate Sakapatate.
- Karatom will challenge Gustave in a 1v1 battle against his buffed creation.
- Simply defeat it to obtain the following: 3x Polished Chroma Catalyst and 1x Pure Outfit (Gustave).
