The Women in Data® flagship event in London called… 📞 so our Data colleagues (and Ada, of course) answered. Between inspiring talks, brilliant conversations, and plenty of excitement about the future of data, we had an amazing time connecting with such an awesome community of women and allies in tech. 💡 And the cherry on top? Getting to be part of it all. ✨ Ada-approved, obviously. 👀 Curious about what our Digital Technology teams are building? New designs. Same belief: play is for everyone. 🌻 As proud partners of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower 🌻, we’re excited to introduce our newest addition to the Build a Minifigure element lineup: a new torso featuring the Sunflower Lanyard. The lanyard is a simple but important signal that someone with a non‑visible disability or sensory need may require extra support, time, or understanding when out and about. Launching just in time for #WorldAutismAwarenessDay, these brand-new designs will be available in LEGO® stores from 1st April. #LEGO #BuildAMinifigure #Inclusion #HiddenDisabilities #PlayForAll

We recently shared an important milestone: in 2025, 52% of the materials purchased to make LEGO® bricks came from renewable or recycled sources. The progress has been largely enabled through the mass balance approach - where our suppliers mix virgin fossil sources with certified renewable sources to produce the material we purchase to make LEGO products. This marks the 3rd consecutive year of increases, up from 33% in 2024 and more than 4x the amount in 2023. 📈 And it means less virgin fossil based materials were used to make our bricks, even as the business continued to grow and reach more children. This matters because resin materials for our bricks and elements made up 26% of our total Greenhouse Gas (GHG) footprint in 2025. Whilst we don’t currently include mass balance impacts in our GHG reporting, we calculate this to be an equivalent of up to a 58% resin emissions avoided using the approach. Together with colleagues, partners and suppliers, we will continue increasing renewable and recycled materials to help build a more sustainable world for children to inherit. 🌍 Find out more → https://loom.ly/-qdgzoc #Sustainability #ClimateAction #CircularEconomy #MaterialsInnovation

Digital play should spark creativity, be safe, and always put children’s well-being first. That’s why we’re proud to continue our collaboration with UNICEF, The LEGO Foundation and their partners on the next phase of the Responsible Innovation in Technology for Children (RITEC) initiative. Together, we’re helping to create practical tools that support game designers to create digital experiences with children’s well-being at the centre. 🎮 Learn more → https://loom.ly/wUvfvmg At the LEGO Group, we’re continuing to build children’s well-being into our digital LEGO® experiences, so play stays safe, creative and good for children’s development wherever it takes place. #LEGO #DigitalPlay #ChildrensWellbeing

With Caregiver Leave, every LEGO® colleague can take paid time off from day one to be there when their loved ones need them most. But, how does it feel in reality? 🤔 We’ve transformed colleagues into their own Minifigure and asked them to reflect on the moments that shaped their #CaregiverLeave experience. 🪄 🥁 Introducing Minifigures. Esmee at the wheel! 🛞 Congrats to LEGO® Racing driver Esmee Kosterman on her debut F1 ACADEMY race! 🏎️ LEGO Racing is our first ever racing team but represents so much more than a team or a car. It’s about inspiring more girls to build, to dream and to take the driver’s seat – in racing, in creativity and in life. No one embodies that sentiment more than Dutch talent Esmee Kosterman. Here’s to a fantastic 2026 season. 🎉 #LEGORacing #F1ACADEMY #Motorsport
