About us
When the odds are against her, we're here to make them even. F1 Academy is redefining motorsport by championing the next generation of female talent, both on and off the track. Launched in 2022, we provide a platform for young female drivers to develop and progress, while inspiring and empowering women to take on roles across all areas of motorsport. Our global initiative, Discover Your Drive, goes beyond racing—engaging in mentorship programs, STEM workshops, and community activities that promote equality and foster diversity in the industry. From grassroots efforts to professional programs, we are driving meaningful change to ensure that every girl and woman can envision a future in motorsport. With F1 Academy, the future of women in motorsport starts here. 🚀
