Locran's Talisman is a Unique Amulet in Diablo 4. Locran's Talisman can be equipped by any Class and has unique modifiers that greatly increase the player's capabilities. Unique Amulets are special types of Amulets that offer unique effects and abilities that cannot be found in other types of Amulets. These Amulets are usually rare and difficult to obtain, but they offer powerful bonuses that can greatly enhance a player's combat abilities and overall gameplay experience.

Locran's Talisman can randomly be obtained by defeating Enemies, opening Chests, or breaking objects in the game world.

• The previous effect for this item was: Your Skills gain [0.10 - 0.40]% or 0.48%[+] Critical Strike Chance per point of Primary Resource you have when cast, up to [10 - 40]%[+]. Each point of Primary Resource above 100 grants Skills 0.2%[x] Critical Strike Damage instead.
• Upon the launch of the Lord of Hatred DLC, the effect of this item has been updated to: Critical Strikes deal [80 - 100]%[x] increased damage but your Critical Strike Chance is reduced by 50%[+].
• In Lord of Hatred DLC, the standard modifiers for all Unique Equipment have been randomized. The unique effect for each equipment remains fixed.
