Kessime's Legacy are Unique Pants in Diablo 4. Kessime's Legacy can be equipped by the Necromancer Class. Guaranteed Affixes for Kessime's Legacy

In Patch 3.1.0 for Season 14, all unique items now have 2 guaranteed affixes when dropped. The unique affixes for this item are the following:

• Guaranteed Affix 1: Primary Core Stat
• Guaranteed Affix 2: Cooldown Reduction

Kessime's Legacy has the following modifiers:

Unique Effect: Blood Wave now forms a wave on each side of you. Both waves converge at your feet, Pulling In all surrounding enemies and exploding for [375 - 450] damage.

How to get Kessime's Legacy in Diablo 4

You can try to roll Kessime's Legacy using the Horadric Cube in Lord of Hatred by doing the following:

Item Transmutation (Upgrade to Unique): Chance to roll a random unique from the same equipment category.

• Any Common Pants
• x1 Enhanced Primordial Dust
• x10 Primordial Dust

NOTE: You can also use Ancestral types of the same equipment, but you will need to remove affixes via Horadric Cube to bring down the quality to Common (White), then you can proceed with the upgrade to Unique via Item Transmutation

Item Transmutation (Amalgamation): Chance to roll a random unique from the pool drop of Andariel Maiden of Anguish using a Boss Trophy.

• x5 Pincushioned Doll

Kessime's Legacy can be target-farmed by summoning and defeating Andariel Maiden of Anguish

• Kessime's Legacy drops at any Difficulty Tier, but will have an increased drop rate per Torment tier

• Kessime's Legacy was added as a new set of Unique Pants in Diablo 4 Version 2.1.0.
• In Lord of Hatred DLC, the standard modifiers for all Unique Equipment have been randomized. The unique effect for each equipment remains fixed.
• The previous effect for this item was: Blood Wave now forms a wave on each side of you. Both waves converge at your feet, Pulling In surrounding enemies and exploding for damage. Each time an enemy is hit by a wave, they take [5.0 - 10.0]% increased damage from your Blood Waves, up to [150.0 - 300.0]% in total.
• Upon the launch of the Lord of Hatred DLC, the effect for this item has been updated to: Blood Wave now forms a wave on each side of you. Both waves converge at your feet, Pulling In all surrounding enemies and exploding for [375 - 450] damage.
• In Lord of Hatred DLC, the standard modifiers for all Unique Equipment have been randomized. The unique effect for each equipment remains fixed.
